Anga Whakamua/Forward Together is the Cancer Society's governance review project. One of the objectives in our new federation-wide strategic plan is to ensure the way we make decisions is fit for purpose.
This objective is part of our goal to use our resources efficiently to deliver equitable cancer outcomes for people, whānau, and populations.
Anga Whakamua/Forward Together will ensure we have a structure that will support and enable delivery. There will be meaningful opportunities for stakeholders, staff, board members, committee members, people with cancer, and donors to provide input into Anga Whakamua/Forward Together. We need to hear these views to make sure the review is thorough.
