Walk for Wellness - Taupo
Did you know that regular exercise while you are having treatment for cancer can help with fatigue, nausea and other symptoms you may be experiencing? It may also help lift your mood, reduce anxiety, energise and improve your quality of life.
Our new walking group in Taupo is for people with any type and stage of cancer, as well as their supporters/carers. It's an opportunity to walk, chat, breathe in fresh air and build fitness in a supportive way. We walk every second Monday (except public holidays), departing from the boat harbour at 11am.
Join us for a gentle half-hour walk along the lakeside - we would love to see you there.
