Walk for Wellness - Rotorua
Did you know that regular exercise while you are having treatment for cancer can help with fatigue, nausea and other symptoms you may be experiencing? It may also help lift your mood, reduce anxiety, energise and improve your quality of life.
Our walking group in Rotorua is for people with any type and stage of cancer, as well as their supporters/carers. It's an opportunity to walk, chat, breathe in fresh air and build fitness in a supportive way. We walk every Thursday, starting at Sequoia Cafe, Tarawera Road at 9:30am.
All are welcome - we would love to see you there.
