Hamilton Walk and Talk

Did you know that regular exercise while you are having treatment for cancer can help with fatigue, nausea and other symptoms you may be experiencing? It may also help lift your mood, reduce anxiety, energise and improve your quality of life.

Our walking group in Hamilton is for people with any type and stage of cancer, as well as their supporters/carers. It's an opportunity to walk, chat, breathe in fresh air and build fitness in a supportive way.

When: Every first, third and fourth Tuesday of the month, 10am
Where: Varies, please contact your supportive care nurse for details

For more information about where we are walking this week, contact:

Supportive Care Nurse Kay Taylor on 07 903 5809 or 027 491 9049  email kaytaylor@cancersociety.org.nz
