Raglan Walk and Talk
Did you know that regular exercise while you are having treatment for cancer can help with fatigue, nausea and other symptoms you may be experiencing? It may also help lift your mood, reduce anxiety, energise and improve your quality of life.
Our walking group in Raglan is for people with any type and stage of cancer, as well as their supporters/carers. It's an opportunity to walk, chat, breathe in fresh air and build fitness in a supportive way.
When: Every Thursday afternoon, 1pm
Where: Meet on the corner of Riria Kereopa Memorial Drive and Wainamu Road
